Valve industry high tech development trend and investment direction

With the continuous development of science and technology, the domestic valve industry is also developing towards the direction of high-tech content, high parameters, strong corrosion resistance and long service life. According to the analysis of valve technology at home and abroad and the analysis of valve market demand at home and abroad, Huyue marketing consulting company has obtained the development trend and investment direction of high-tech in various industries and valve industry in recent years, as follows:

1. Valves for oil and gas wellhead equipment

The main valves for oil and gas wellhead equipment are single or double gate valves, forged steel parallel gate valves with or without diversion holes, mud valves, angle throttle valves (choke valves), pilot safety valves and check valves which meet the American API 6A standard. The nominal pressure class of these valves is API 2000psi, 3000psi, 5000PSI, 10000psi, 15000psi, 20000psi; the nominal diameter is DN46 engineering ~ 228mm (113 / 16in ~ 9in); the temperature class is K (- 60 ~ 182 ¡æ), l (- 42 ~ 182 ¡æ), P (- 29 ~ 182 ¡æ), R (room temperature), s (- 18 ~ 166 ¡æ), t (- 18 ~ 182 ¡æ), u (- 18 ~ 121 ¡æ), V (2 ~ 121 ¡æ); the material requirements are AA, AA, l (- 42 ~ 182 ¡æ), P (- 29 ~ 182 ¡æ), R (room temperature), s (- 18 ~ 166 ¡æ), t (- 18 ~ 182 ¡æ), u (- 18 ~ 121 ¡æ), V (2 ~ 121 ¡æ); the material requirements are AA BB, CC, DD, EE, FF, HH; material performance requirements: 36K, 45k, 60K, 75K; product technical requirements: PSL1 (product specification Level 1), PSL2 (product specification Level 2), PSL3 (product specification Level 3), psl4 (product specification Level 4) PCB design.

2. Valves for oil and gas long distance pipeline

The valves for long-distance oil and natural gas pipelines are mainly single or double gate valves, forged steel parallel gate valves with or without diversion holes, forged steel or cast steel three body, top mounted or all welded fixed ball valves, oil sealed or pressure balanced plug valves, swing or butterfly check valves, ball valves, pigging valves, etc. The nominal pressure classes of these valves are cl150 (PN2.0MPa), cl300 (pn5.0mpa), cl400 (pn6.4mpa), cl600 (pn10.0mpa), cl900 (pn15.0mpa), cl1500 (pn25.0mpa), cl2500 (pn42.0mpa); the nominal diameter is DN50 ~ 1500mm (2in ~ 60in); the technical requirements of fire resistance test are in accordance with iso10497; the pressure test of valves is in accordance with iso5208.

3. Valves for nuclear power

The technical characteristics and requirements of valves for nuclear power plant are higher than those for conventional large-scale thermal power station. Valves generally include gate valve, globe valve, check valve, butterfly valve, safety valve, main steam isolation valve, ball valve, diaphragm valve, pressure reducing valve and control valve; the highest technical parameters of representative valves are: maximum diameter of DN 1200 mm (nuclear grade 3 butterfly valve), powder mixer non gravity mixer DN800 mm (nuclear class 2 main steam isolation valve), DN350 Mm (nuclear class 1 main circuit gate valve); maximum pressure: about 1500 class; maximum temperature: about 350 ¡æ; medium: coolant (borated water), etc. Requirements for the production of nuclear grade valve products: generally according to the nuclear industry standard EJ, American ASME, IEEE standards and French PWR nuclear island mechanical equipment design and construction rules RCC-M, etc.
